Question for Randy
 

Randy, perhaps you've seen the Delta thread about a 10,000 mile bonus for signing up for Skymiles. Turns out to be a typo, and was later corrected. Do you still have connections at Delta to find out if they will honor those who signed up under the promotion, and award them the 10,000 miles?

Also, I read in the magazine Ann is (or has) leaving (left). When is (was) her last day? Thanks for your time!
