put suggestions at top of forums

i think it would be better to put this topic at the top of the forums so that the readership would know of any problems/issues with the board first rather than later after having gone thru all of their favorite topics and have problems accessing them.

Nice idea.

Edit: I just re-read this and I thought haole meant the Tech. Issues forum in which you can usually find the most recent information if there are problems on the boards (i.e. slowness, inaccessible forums, etc).

bringing this back to the top and waiting for an answer if you could be so kind, thanks kend....

haole,

We'd like to keep the tech forums at the bottom so that the focus remains on miles and points and how to accumulate them. Although you do have a valid point about visitors knowing about tech issues, we feel they can get this information by just scrolling down to the bottom of the page when they first get here, rather than have those forums show up ahead of all the others everytime they visit.

thanks dan for the reply, and i understand it,but when things go out of wack there needs to be a way for us to know that and not spend a lot of time trying to get on a non working board. not trying to cause a problem, just trying to solve one as i see it, thanks kend....

Can't the announcements at the top do that?

sorry to take so long to answer, have been off island, havent thought about that, and it would work if it was done early on,not later after problems were allready taking place for any long periods of time.
