sort board list by own preference?
 

What would really make Flyertalk much more enjoyable would be the option to 'subscribe' to some boards, and have these listed first on the page.

COuld you add that feature?

we've looked this over in the past since it's really the ability to not see other forums or posts from certain people and i don't think it is currently possible with the software we're using. However, we are in beta/demo phase of a new solution and it may have it, so please stay tuned.....

I would not as far as to not show the other boards or post from other people. I only want to have *my* boards listed together at the page-top, so I don't have to scroll from 'United' to 'Star' and 'Budget' all over the place.
It would be a simple 'preference list' of board stored on a per user basis, influencing the order of shown boards only.

I already like the way topics with new posts sort to the top inside boards.

What might also be useful is to have topics oneself participated in sort on top always, but I guess that would add a lot of processing..
