Technical Glitch?
 

When I sign on - not only on this thread, but everywhere, I get the symbol that says there are new posts. When I go to that thread, the most recent new post is my own. I waste a lot of time this way. Is there anything that can be done? Or am I doing something wrong?

Phil, I've had that problem also. Here's how I have handled it: Just before you sign off, go back to the first page of FlyerTalk (the one that lists the Buzz and all airline forums, etc.) Hit your refresh button twice and it brings you up to the current time and all lights disappear.

I realize it's "klugy", but it works!

but you might miss "in beetween new postings" of others.
