Those 'A5 Flyer' ads to the right of the FT screen
Does anyone else feel a bit sorry for the printers who are presumably paying good money to have their flyer printing service touted to us on FT?
Will it cost them much? I think its a Google Ads thing. |
Cheap as chips. Typically something like 10p per thousand impressions, or a similar cost per click.
|
If you subscribe to Inside Flyer then the ads vanish. I do not find Inside Flyer useful; it is very USA orientated but the cartoons are good and there are some interesting articles.
I cannot remember how to subscribe. (Sums me up I suppose - partially useful!) |
It is one of the mysteries of life why it s so tricky to find out how to pay for ad free FT. You would think they wanted the money.
That said, following Randy's split from FT and the launch of Milepoint, the Inside Flyer route will change anyway since Randy owns that. |
I have no idea what you're talking about. AdBlocker rules :D

Now, the only question is where to move this thread.... |
New mod game... how quickly can we move on threads.
Not that quick :o Someone elses' turn! Jenbel Co-moderator, Communitybuzz! |
AH! I am glad I found this thread today!
FYI, the link above to FT Premium no longer is accurate; the link between the magazine and FT Premium has been dissolved for some time now -- we are shortly going to take down that bad info. At the moment there is no way to purchase ad-free FlyerTalk. We are working on a new Premium package to offer this, and we'll post something soon :) Paul |
