Moving Closed Rental Car Fora

Moving Closed Rental Car Fora
Is there a reason that fora for Budget, Dollar, Thrifty and Other Programs still appear under Car Rental Programs and Ride Services even though they are closed for posting? Should they be moved or listed elsewhere?
