Heavenly Bed Inconsistencies

Heavenly Bed Inconsistencies
With about 40 stays in 2008, many of them in Westins, I have noticed a very distinct variation in the comfort of Heavenly beds. They range from "Holy moly I can't get out of it in the morning" to "extremely uncomfortable, worse than a motel 6."
I would think they would be very standardized, why so much variation or am I imagining this?

Thanks for the prompt replies. Of course I couldn't find those threads when I used the search function. Anyone have any success complaining about sub standard beds?
