T&C says not to be combined with any other offers.

It may be retroactive as long as your stay did not begin before July 1. These types of promos generally post the Saturday after the stay.

This is a phenomenal promo - too bad it was around last year when I stayed at the Westin North Shore every week!

Works for me fine with no email. There's no specific useid in the URL so I think anyone can sign up.
