When I make referrals now, will it send the 30K or the 25K offer?

Yeah, I can't send referrals either. If the referral link only gets the referee to the 25K standard offer, that's pretty lame. Although, I wouldn't be surprised. The referral link on the no-fee AMEX Hilton only offers the referee the 40K offer, not the current 50K. As soon as anyone gets an update, I'd appreciate that.

Anyone have a wild guess as to how long this 30k offer will last?
Also anyone know what credit bureau the hit will go to?

Good news. The referral links are back up and your referees will receive the 30K offer. Two thumbs up to AMEX on that!

I thought I saw somewhere that this offer was until sometime in September (about a month), but I don't remember where, so I could be imagining that.

Which credit bureau depends on your location (at least). Try the Credit Pulls Database at Credit Boards.

OF course I JUST got the business card last week!! I just called AMEX to see if they would match/give me courtesy points but the rep said he could only file a request on my behalf that would be submitted to the promotions dept. for review/response some time in the next two weeks. He said they are "really cracking down on promos" recently. (?!) I am going to be really annoyed if I don't get a match having been a loyal AMEX customer with impeccable credit for a while now.
