If you're here, you are obviously experiencing some issues with the web site. Our apologies for any inconvenience. We have an interest in giving you the best web experience possible, so here are some tips on how to get any problems resolved:

First of all, the web assistance team has this suggestion for you:

"We first suggest the normal steps of clearing their cache (temporary files) and cookies, then log out of their Starwood Preferred Guest account online, then close all browser windows before trying again. Please note that clearing cookies may also remove any stored passwords in the browser.

It is important for them to log out to ensure no bad/old data is saved and so that the online account has a chance to refresh.

Also note that cache and cookies are 2 different things. The cache memory is what remembers old content for faster page loading and may cause errors after updates. Cookies are mostly only meant for tracking during the current session. Both can still remember old errors that may have existed in the browser."

You should also be aware that being on a VPN sometimes interferes with your browsing experience. Try browsing without being on VPN and see if this fixes the issue.

If this does not resolve your issue, you can you can send an email to [email protected] along with any screenshots leading up to and including the error message.

It also helps if you include the following information in your email:

-What browser(s) have you tried? Is the issue happening over multiple browsers or just one?
-Are you using a desktop/laptop or a mobile device?
-If you are using mobile device does this issue persist when on a desktop/laptop?

Once we have this information, we can forward it on to the web assistance team for further review, so please be as complete as possible.

If you are having an issue with any of the SPG apps, you can send the following information directly to the SPG App team at [email protected]:

-What device and operating system are you using?
-What version of our app do you have installed?
-What is the problem you have encountered?

I saw a rate that said "Determined by Hotel" and assumed that meant a run-of-the-house sort of thing, but on clicking on the Rate Terms & Details, not so much

There are no spelling mistakes, I'll give them that

Looks like a pre populated field that was meant to be changed when the property was loading inventory. I've seen some web pages that put [email protected] in a field to show you the format they want and if you forget to replace it, that goes in as your address.

Is the spgpromos.com site down (or dead) for anyone else? I can't get any of the iterations of that page (such as /dashboard or /50nightsbenefit) to load. On a Windows laptop, for what it's worth. I suspect this is merger related and not a technical glitch but wanted to poll the audience. Thanks!

According to Spgpromos.com - Is Spgpromos Down Right Now? it is down and has been down for more than a week!

grrr. finally ready to book hotels in thailand and getting a recurring issue where (1) i log in and enter dates etc but the calendar is not in english, select dates and (2) select room and go to confirm and (3) it by default changes the booking to be tomorrow night (for dates selected in november).

cleared cache/cookies in chrome but this is a recurring issue!

I just noticed that a hotel under the new system says that it's sold out. But when I called them, I was told to select the link for their website and I should see availability as they have some. So, I followed their instructions and wham, lots of rooms available. Guess it pays to "click through" sometimes. I wasn't willing to stay at nearby Marriott properties just yet.

I can not book a SPG hotel with spg converted points, I just get an error instead of a confirmation screen, phoned up and they are still clueless, please advise

Not sure where to post this. Is there a timeframe for when our SPG stays are converted to Marriott stays? Neither website shows my correct stay balance but my points are showing.

Im trying to apply SNA on one SPG reservation made pre-merging, but i have been routed to the older SPG site and a login page, my old or new member number /password do not work.

SNA down too ?

I just found that I cannot cancel any SPG approved BRG reservations. No "cancel" button at all either on the app or website. Regardless if the BRG was approved prior to Aug 18 or after.

All Marriott approved BRG reservation works with proper 'Cancel' button.

It seems as long as SPG BRG team touched the rate, then the reservation sits in a limbo state. Reservation line rep even can't help.

Another merge failure.

Same here, rerouted to old SPG interface with no way to proceed. Applying it to Marriott brands seems to be working.
