I just tried to book a stay and I got this page... Don't know how long this will last but try it....

Good luck geting them - I haven't pursued it very hard, but I have never received these extra points.

I have received these bonus points. After I make reservation I call SPG and give them my confirmation number. Never had a problem before.
If you are still not too sure, why not print the offer and if needed fax it in to SPG. They can't deny you the points if you have proof.
As of 3:28pm EST offer still up!!

The points don't post automatically for whatever reason but I've had no problem requesting this online via the Missing Credits link.

The bonus offer has apparently extended into today. As of 4 pm today, the site is still offering the 500 bonus points for those that are interested.

Wow that was quick. After posting here and making one reservation, I clicked the link again and the 500 bonus was pulled.

My problem is that I can no longer remember which 2 reservations/stays they owe me them on!
