I'd agree. It appears none of the St. Regis properties are participating. Hopefully William will have an answer on participating properties today. ^

I want an award night for 2 weeks time. Property will allow it at 25% off the normal rate it seems by website.

I want to book a suite and that costs double usual points rate. But you can't book a suite on line.

If I book on line for 25% off and phone SPG will the extra miles for suite be also 25% off?
You have to book it online at spg.com using the web page provided. Suites are not part of the deal, just standard award rooms.

Which hotel in Montreal, please.

Lurker -- Same deal here. The Atlantic in Ft. Lauderdale does not display the 25% discount. I contacted SPG last night, and they said that there was an error with the page, that would hopefully be corrected by today. I tried to re-book my reservation today, but the page has not changed. Still no 25% discount. Any ideas?

I used the promotion at the St. Regis Monarch Beach and had no problem.

All the St. Regis properties were added this morning. There was apparently some confusion as to whether they would or would not be participating.

The Sheraton Krakow was also added. If I learn of any other properties where the 25% off redemption is not working, I can try to have them added as well.

The Atlantic has been requested just now.

I also tried the 4 Points Montreal Centre-Ville and the Le Centre Sheraton Montreal and both are not showing up with the promo in August. Can you check on those please!

I've asked the programmers to look at this, but it could turn out that there are no award rooms for certain dates. Which dates are you searching for?

Okay. Both are showing award rooms available, so it must be the programming thing on the participating properties.

William,
It is The Four Points Centre-ville. I have a reservation for 8/27-29/2004. I used 6,000 Starpoints to make it this AM.

Thanks,
Richard Laakso
