CEB Survey - Legit? (Corporate Executive Board)
Hi all, received an email from CEB asking for me to click a link to answer a survey about Starwood Customer Service. Anyone else? Seemed odd to me since Starwood is gone in a month and a half. Just wanted to make sure it is legit.

CEB is a legitimate company, so doing the survey (by typing the URL, not by clicking the link) should be safe.

I took advantage of the survey to go in all guns blazing about my displeasure with the BRG changes.

I finally did now too. I wonder what they are going to use it for. A comparison of satisfaction levels for SPG members now and then after the programs are combined?
That's the only logical reason I can imagine sending out now in June.

I was questioning it because 1) It was coming so soon before Preferred Guest ceases to exist and 2) didn't come straight from Starwood. Would be fun to know later what the results are being used for...but I know that'll never happen.
