SPG multiple room booking
 

Just returned from a break and I had booked 3 rooms on my account for me/wife and 2 x sons in own rooms. All was booked under my membership and all costs and incidentals paid by myself.

Will i get the credit points for the full party ?

Yes, as per the T&C's, you can receive credit for up 3 rooms. Sometimes the hotels do not post this correctly so keep an eye on it and chase with CS if any problems.

And note this benefit is being modified after the merger. You still get points credit for up to 3 rooms, but only night credit for 1 room

A trick some properties pull is to merge all the expenses so only one room has any charges and then they "forget" to post the stay/night credit you are due for the other two rooms. In this case you are likely to only get one folio. If this is the case, make note now of your dates and room numbers so when you have to contact research, you can give them all the details. Do not throw out folios until well after the stay posts.
