Gold after $30k annual spend on SPG Amex
I haven't been able to locate this answer yet. Hoping someone knows. If I have the old SPG card right now, and I put $30k spend within the year, do I still get SPG Gold?

I believe the new spend requirement is now $35K

So if you spend $30K in calendar year 2018, are you Gold for calendar year 2019, or is the earning requirement inside of a particular year (so that you have to start lower until your spending qualifies you)?
