Kudos to Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort for participation!

I just finished a multi-day stay at Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort.
The stay posted very quickly together with promo 250 SPG points per night
even though the hotel is not listed as participating!
I think SPG simply forgot about their hotel on an Indonesian island of Lombok but the management there works very hard to accommodate SPG guests and especially Platinum guests. 250 SPG points/nights was an unexpected but a very pleasant bonus. Kudos to Sheraton Lombok!

I had a one-night stay at the Westin Indianapolis this week, in addition to the "more nights" bonus, I got a "DOUBLE STARPOINTS" bonus. I didn't get that for any other stays this month.

We are happy to look into the missing bonus Starpoints for you if it has been over 4 weeks since the eligible stay posted to your account. Please provide your account details to us via private mail here or by email below.

I signed up for this and have had 18 nights in the promotion period, all at eligible hotels but only the most recent two nights, from just last week, have credited. The other 16 have not, at 4 different hotels. I thought that there was a lead time for posting until the last 2 happened only two days after checkout. Is this the type of thing that should be referred to Research or should I be contacting the hotels directly?

I know it doesn't make sense on the surface, but sometimes stays aren't bonused in chronological order. So, I wouldn't bother following up unless the other 4 stays are past the 4th week since they were posted to your account. No one can follow up until that time period passes.

Also, Research should be used for missing stay postings, not for promotional bonus point follow-up. When the time comes, you can feel free to ask us to look into it further.

Seems unbelievable that you had 16 nights with no bonus! I had 7 qualifying nights in the promo period, and all posted, well except for the first 2 since this promo is so incredibly good that Marriott felt they couldn't award the 250 bonus points until your 3rd night.

This promo hit just right for me and all 12000 points have already posted. My 250 bonus points typically posted right after or concurrent with my stay points.

Thank you William. II'll wait until all 4 stays are past 4 weeks before contacting you again. 2 of the stays involved already required Research input. One because the stays and points didn't credit and the other because they credited points for the room tax only and not on our spending. Both were resolved by Research. Leaves me wary of those hotel's efficiency if nothing else.

No worries. My apologies for the inconvenience, but it could be that having to get Research involved to resolve the posting error has reset the 4-week clock. Either way, just let us know if you need any assistance with this.

Should the more nights bonus points post at the same time as the stay? They have for the last few stays for me but I stayed at the W Minneapolis last week and the stay, elite bonus and platinum gift have all posted but the promo points have not (I've gotten them for all of my other eligible stays this promo period)

I found this in the terms and conditions of the offer:

"Bonusing: The bonus Starpoints will post to the Registered Member's SPG Account within two (2) to four (4) weeks after the qualifying stay posts. Please note that not all bonuses will post at the same time; nights will be processed for the promotion in the order they post to the member’s account."

Does this help?
