Got points for stay, but not for F&B, what to do?

Stayed at an SPG hotel over a week ago, charged some F&B to room (both restaurant and room service). Got points for the stay itself, but not for the incidentals. What should I do? I only found the missing stay form, but the stay isn't missing, and there is no comment field in the form to describe the problem

Hi Temedar,

If you could email a copy of your hotel folio to [email protected], the team will review and post any missing F&B credit for you.
