I'm listed as a Caribbean resident and am not eligible. It's fair enough - I was eligible for everything that came up last year.

Australia, P50, LTP. Nothing , as usual, have NEVER got an offer. The system sucks...big time ( but for me it simply means that I choose to stay elsewhere during the period of the promotion, other than for the nights prepaid). This is one aspect of the SPG program that is very poorly managed, IMO.
EDIT: For the sake of accuracy I should acknowledge that ,when I checked the dashboard , there was in fact an offer there ( double nights/stays). So, it doesn't come by email but rather just appears in the account without notification. I very rarely check the dashboard/promo place and only did so because the app no longer works on my ancient Ipad.
Whilst a beneficiary of this promo I still don't like the way it works.

Darn it, I would have re-qualified for platinum by march with a double nights offer. those suite nights would have come in handy! 
I'm pretty sure these targeted promos are based upon stay habits, trying to get you hooked like a drug pusher. When I last got a double nights promo it was when I had just missed qualifying for pt75 the year prior. Sure enough, with the double nights credits I made pt100 in late summer time that year, instead of making it towards the end of the year (or maybe not at all for all spg's computers knew
