Four Points by Sheraton Nashville Airport shuttle?

Four Points by Sheraton Nashville Airport shuttle?
I booked this hotel simply due to : 1. Belongs to SPG. 2. Has free airport shuttle until 11PM. Except when I called the hotel at ~10:40PM, I was told the shuttle has stopped running and I should take an Uber instead. The hotel is probably less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. Should I take the blame and eat up the Uber amount since I only called the FD ~20 minutes before the end of the shuttle service? Appreciate your input here.
