Comments: My SNAs were rejected as the hotel was sold out on 24 Nov due to a big wedding (it's all or nothing with SNAs). I had to stay in my purchased room from 22-24 Nov, but I was promised a suite upgrade on 25 Nov. I moved into the suite this afternoon, and it is gorgeous. Plus my SNAs were returned automatically, so no complaints there except I still have 10 SNAs to burn!
