Any time I've checked the pricing on these Mastercard offers, the averaged daily rate for the three nights is higher than booking at the lowest rate freely available directly on the spg web site.
So, it's buy two get one free at a much higher daily rate for the two nights you're paying for. Bargain.
Anyone ever actually found value in these offers? The Amex one is similar.

It might not make sense for every property, but, it's certainly worth considering while comparing the rates. ^

Although the deal (2 for 3) is the same, I have found properties where the Z3H code didn't work and the Mastercard offer did. So it's worth checking both.
