I went to my spg account then recent activity, clicked see all.
You will have to manually calculated the total, but I was able view my activity since I joined. You can refine by CC, Redemption, Transfers, and etc.

A week ago I had 370k points. Today, 120k. In the past year I've earned around 500k total.
In the last week I won a Coachella SPG Moment auction, and transferred 75k to an airline. Looking at my lower balance makes me feel real crappy.

12,492 points as of today. It was around 100K in the beginning of the years.
Burning most of the points especially before the category changes early march.

I have around 3 million AA miles after burning about 900k, so at least I can use those on EY flights.

I am at about 110k, which isn't bad considering I started the year at zero (AmEx bonus is part of this). I also have close to 400k MR points, not sure if I should leave to wait for merger or transfer. Expect to spend a huge swath of 2017 at SPG properties (although low-yield ones, such as Element).

I'm sitting at 550,000 now after burning plenty on stays at StR Rome, Hotel Imperial Vienna (2 rooms), and PdG Paris in Oct. I also previously transferred plenty to AA and LH in 60K allotments in order to be sure to have sufficient mileage balances for a few future award flights in F/J.
I even burned some (but not nearly that much) on a few RC/Edition stays--since those stays are so cheap!
My husband is sitting on 250,000 now, too.
Until Marriott announces the parameters of the new loyalty program and continues to allow me to make SPG point transfers to airlines, I'm not too worried about Marriott devaluation.
