(You have to remove the "/coming soon" from the hyperlink provided by the OP Lurker.

Perhaps Lurker(s) can edit the hyperlink on page 1.

Hrmp. The 2-nights-rule is killing me. I have quite some one-nighters, and no way to change that. The customer makes the rhythm.
So that's another promo that has almost no value for me. SPG will know that the rules are discouraging many customers. Otoh, it opens the opportunity to work on my status at other hotel chains.

Does the 1000 point bonus require a stay of two nights minimum? It's not clear in the terms and conditions whether that particular offer is on top of the double and triple point deals or separate.

From the T&C:

"A member whose eligible stay includes either a Friday or Saturday night (Thursday or Friday night in the Middle East) will earn an extra 1,000 bonus Starpoints."

"An eligible stay is defined as two or more consecutive nights paying an eligible rate in the same hotel, regardless of the number of check-ins or checkouts that occur, and posting to the Member's Starwood Preferred Guest® account."

Two nights required then. Damn.

I was looking at the Sheraton Heathrow which is Ł64 a night. Not paying Ł128... I'll focus on other hotel promos.

I noticed. But since SPG managed to convinced some originally non-participating properties to reconsider, I was wondering if they could convince Sheraton Towers Singapore as well. SIN has a few SPG properties but the only Sheraton has opt out.

Agree and hoping for the same with Sheraton Hong Kong = not participating

It's the only Sheraton in HK with a "W" and Le Meridien being the other only SPG's

Can anyone comment if this offer can be combined with Mastercard 2+1 / 4+2 promo? I'm looking to book a 6-night stay in Le Meridien Etoile, Paris, starting from Sunday and concluding on Friday night. I understand that the 2x Starpoints would apply since 4 of the nights would be paid nights. My concern is whether the 1k extra for Friday night would apply since this would technically be a bonus night.

I would be wary of the notion that this promotion might fall under the following sentence in the 4+2 Promo T&C:
Not to be combined with other offers or promotions and subject to change.

The W isn't participating either, only the Le Meridien. Hopefully this non participation of properties in promos will be fixed when Marriott takes the reigns, I've never understood them being allowed to opt in and out when they feel like it.

This works for me. I've sacrificed a couple of extra stays towards Platinum requalification in return for quite a few bonus points for next week's work trip to Italy. I'm not travelling very much at the moment (and my corporate budget is tiny), but this should be one of the better promos for me of the last 5 years.

If your stay extends to consecutive weekends, do you get 1,000 night bonus once or for each weekend?
