2016 SPG Category Change Predictions?

I could see a category drop at certain hotels in Oil Towns like Calgary, Houston, Dallas, Baku since the demand has greatly fallen

I think the Westin Grand Central NYC will go up one category.

I'm not sure about this one; its rates are often considerably lower than the cat 6 hotels in the city!
