Comments: Surprised to receive such a good upgrade! The room was real big (16sqm2) and on the top floor. Service was good and attentive, don't really know why the rating is that low. Low season so not much people around, there's a huge shopping arcade with plenty of restaurants but many of them close currently. The Sheraton opposite to the hotel is closed for renovation until July.

Welcomed with wine, chocolates, fruit, a case of bottled water, and TWO HGB MONOGRAMMED suede/leather duffles bags courtesy of the hotel. Retail value in gift shop of said bags, $265 Euros EACH. Most amazing hotel I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Best service ever. Can't wait to return.
