Congratulations William. In the short time I have been active on the FT forums, I have found you to be extremely helpful and have wonderd why other programs don't have anybody like you. This is a truly well deserved award. Maybe some other programs (Read AC) will learn from you.

Kudos to the Lurker - now print out this hopefully 20 page long list on Monday, to supplement the award so management really knows you deserve a promotion and raise (they wouldn't want to lose the Lurker).

Congratulations William! Your wonderful job of being a liaison on these boards as well as a mediator is outdone only by all the personal interest, care and friendship you offer to the whole community. We are all indebted to you. And while Starwood was very smart to have a rep here, they could not possibly have known how brilliant they were to have chosen you! You have done more for Starwood than their great marketing gurus, revenue managers, etc. Once again, congratulations on this well deserved award.
