I stayed 12/12 and never got the bonus. I wrote them on 1/15 and it posted on 1/15. Maybe I reminded someone to run the bonus machine :D

Points finally credited 6 weeks after stay. Only to be removed from account the next day.

Wish I knew what is going on.

Similar here. Due to some tech issues I had to get SPG to manually intervene to post my points. That happened last Friday after 8 weeks. Then over the weekend I had another keyless stay (no issues) and that posted too (yesterday). I let Online Chat know that the bonus had posted twice and they said not to worry about. Then this morning I checked and both bonuses had been removed (the error and the original) so I am back at square one.
It's frustrating but the Online Chat people have been working hard for me. Very good service there...

I used it this weekend at Aloft, had no issues the day of check in, but the next morning I went to Starbucks and came back and both the keyless and regular key did not work.

Can confirm this is what's happening.
2 x 2,500 pts removed after initial posting.

However, a friend still got both credits in his acc.

Lurkers, should I: stay quiet/ demand 5k too/ or ask for my friend's 2.5k be taken away from him ;)

Data Point: My original set of points were re-posted as of last night so I am exactly where I am supposed to be.

My bonus points posted 3 days after my stay ended at the Aloft London Excel. I even had to visit the front desk because my key stopped working before I arrived at the hotel.
