Design Hotel Competition

Game T&C
LIMIT: One (1) Game play, per person, per day, during the Online/Mobile Instant Win Game Period. ALSO: One instant-win prize per person for the length of the game.
ELIGIBILITY: The SPG and Design Hotels™ Game (the "Game") is open only to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia), Canada (excluding Quebec), Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, the Philippines, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and Vietnam who are 18 years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions at the time of entry.
Prizes :
One Free Night Award: 185 Awards available for any SPG participating Category 1–5 hotel or resort. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $171.00. Award will be available in the SPG member's account within three weeks from the Game Period end date. Award must be consumed by March 31, 2016.
Starpoints®: 3515 Awards available. (925 qty.) 10,000 Starpoints, ARV $250.00; (1110 qty.) 5,000 Starpoints, ARV $125.00; (1480 qty.) 1,000 Starpoints, ARV $25.00. Starpoints will be added to member's account within three weeks from the Game Period end date.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded Five (5) Free Night Awards for any SPG participating Category 1–6 hotel or resort, plus 50,000 Starpoints. ARV $2500.00. Award nights and Starpoints will be added to the SPG member's account within three weeks from eligibility verification/validation.

I have played every day so far, and nothing. These contests are usually misses for me. The only time I ever actually won something was during that Kate Spade tote bag competition. Being a guy, I had no use for a Kate Spade bag, but my sister loves it and became an SPG member as a result.

I figured. I just graduated college and started full-time travel for work two years ago, so I always feel so left out in the "Back in my day..." threads. I won't even get time to earn LT gold on SPG before the merger kicks fully kicks in, though I'll almost have the LT plat nights requirement.

Perhaps you should look on the bright-side: Marriott doesn't go by years elite. It goes by nights and points accumulated. Hopefully, the conversion from *pts to MR pts will make a dent in that LT number for you.
