Can't turn on email notification

Can't turn on email notification

Does anybody have problems turning on the email notification feature.
I check the boxes and click Update but in my profile it still shows no email, please.

Please help

I'm having the same problem- no updates are made after you check the boxes.

This sucks because I used to receive everything electronically (promotions, statements), but now I'm just bombarded with Starwood Golf mailings at home.

I would suggest sending us an email or calling the Customer Contact Center in order to do this if it cannot be done online.
