I had a two night stay in January. Location is good, easy walk to the Metro and train station, though I had a foot injury that slowed me down a bit. I was on the PLT challenge at the time, and they had some renovation going on so I believe the room was pretty standard, though nice enough with a long "desk" or work area along one wall. The internet was fine but the tv reception was terrible with few English language options. The breakfast was very good, quality and selection. Good value for the price.

As it happens I was here last week - my second stay here - and was very impressed.
The rooms here are generally small and often an odd shape. This time I got upgraded to a suite that had been redecorated and was nice, if a little eccentric. USB and power points by the bed, fantastic new and clean bathroom and the wifi was okay for me. I also got welcomed by a personalized message written in chocolate and a note from the GM, which was a nice surprise. Front desk was very cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was okay.
It's at the better end of the Four Points brand, certainly. FYI with Four Points you get 250 points on arrival not 500.
I think they've done as well as they could have with an awkward old building, and it's good value for Milan. Stayed at the Holiday Inn Garibaldi the next night which was inferior in every single respect.

Stayed here a week ago for a night. As a SPG platinum, upgraded to a larger room but not a suite (although they were clearly available) - was here for less than 10 hours so didn't matter. Great spread for breakfast, particularly for a Four Points - broad array of pastries, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, etc.
Didn't check out the fitness center but it is 24 hours -- need to ask for a separate key to be made at check-in.

Had a stay back in March.
Not it sure if my review helps.
I still got the bath/shower combo.

As a legacy Marriott member, not a lot of experience with Four Points. I am looking at this hotel as a base for a northern Italy trip (key being low rate and proximity to the Milan rail station for short day/ Overnight trips to other parts. I have read some already on the mixed reviews.
Silly question I assume, but I need to ask to make sure. If I have a 9-night stay and I choose breakfast as my gift, I assume I (plus one) get breakfast for each night, right? Not just one? Sounds stupid but it would be a big difference on a lengthy stay if it’s not for the entire stay! Thanks in advance for your help.

I’m just having a 1 night stay here
very nice hotel (no prostitutes in the nearby as read in other reviews ...unfortunately...)
Nice bar area. Everything seem pretty new/very well maintained
booked basic room, got upgraded at Suite (Plat)
choosen points instead breakfast as welcome gift
there are lot of free parking in the square in front of the hotel (free during late evening / night time)
50% discount voucher during happy hour time (5.30-7.30 PM) at Bar lounge
here’s some picture of my room
