Amex Promotion in Europe?

Amex Promotion in Europe?
While trying to book hotels in Milan, I happened upon a promotion for buy one night, get one free at participating European hotels this summer. The promo is at promo.starwood.com/amex.
However, the site only gives a vague idea of the promotion. No hotels or promo code listed. It directs you to www.starwood.com/amex. However, that URL gives an error message.
Is the promo code or hotel list floating around out there and I just missed it? I'd like to be able to book this on the web so I can get the web booking bonus.

I've also seen that promo, and I could be very interested in it, but i see no way to book it. Does anyone know anything about this?
