That's exclusive to the 1500 point offer, no? My offer seems to give 1000 points just for registering. Nothing tied to actually staying (even though I've since stayed at a Keyless property).

Hi uxb,

I have checked the offer you registered and the terms states:

"Bonus Starpoints will be credited to the member's account within 2–4 weeks of the stay posting to the member's Starwood Preferred Guest account following one eligible stay. "

Good evening, William.

Do you know what the triggerpoint for the points actually is? Of my last 3 stays in Keyless properties, the first hotel registered but then my app deauthorized during my stay. The 2nd stay Keyless wasn't working at all on my device, and I finally uninstalled & reinstalled and successfully re-requested the key on my device. 3rd stay I did the Keyless invite, but the hotel said they were having problems connecting to Keyless and gave me keys.

Wondering if I'm getting any bonus points here...

Thank you!

Okay, I was skeptical, but to close out this story the points posted. Way to go SPG!

1,000 Starpoints for Register SPG App

I just received an email that alerted me to an offer of 1,000 SPG points for downloading the SPG app and registering my device for keyless entry.

I don't know if this is targeted or not, but I don't think it can hurt to try it out! It says that the 1,000 points will be added to your account in 2-4 weeks.

Details here: http://singleflyer.com/2015/08/17/fr...-guest-points/

I registered and tried it out at my recent stay at the Aloft in Sunnyvale. I couldn't get it to work on a second phone, however.

It doesn't look like you even need to stay with this promo (unlike the earlier one).

Thanks.

It seems the T&C says "Members are pre-registered for this promotion.". Does that mean it is targeted?
