When should I expect to see those?
The 1000 bonus is there this morning, so, all set.

Hi, first post. I'm a little confused after reading the T&C and FAQs about what constitutes an eligible rate. If I select the AAA rate, would that still count?

Yep that's an eligible rate, technically rates shown SPG should be all eligible.

I had a two-night stay at Sheraton LA DT, but did not get points. It was booked as two separate reservations, but both are qualifying rates. Am I SOL because of this? Lurkers?

Booked as two separate one night stays? I assume you only got the welcome amenity once, right? Did the front desk combine the stays together?

The bonus 1,000 points don't appear right away. Give it a few days.

It needs to be posted as single stay with a minimum of 2 nights that includes one weekend night. If it did not get credited that way, you can ask Program Services if they are willing to make an adjustment in how it was credited.

Send your folio(s) to [email protected] and give them 10 business days to complete their review.

That's what PC said (the first part at least). They didn't tell me to go to Programme Services. They told me SOL. Thanks.

Fingers crossed that Program Services doesn't also tell you that the situation is SOL.

I'm not gonna bother. The net difference will be 500 points. I'll know better for next time (even though the promo is nearly over).
