Still haven't got my Platinum Card despite being Platinum for almost 2 months. All I got was when they sent me a GOLD card last month. Anyone else?

Same as you Empress, I too got the Gold card but not the Platinum card, but anyway, as long as they still sees me as a Platinum on upgrades, I am OK but still waiting for it.

Still no Platinum for me in England - even my Gold one has expired.
As they say you're supposed to present the card at check-in for your benefits I'm boycotting them (again) until they get it to me!
