Computer troubles
I called the Starwood Preferred Guest Program to book my hotel room in D.C.. The operator told me that they are having computer problems due to the large amount of info that is being inputted into their computer system. So, they can give me locations of Starwood hotels, rates and availability, but they can't confirm a reservation. Geezzz...
