They no longer send out physical cards unless requested through the website. Don't forget to request the Thank You cards as well.

+1, I kept looking around for an option to change the design.

Just requalified Platinum for next year and am looking for new designs.
Interestingly both Westin and W Singapore are included though I haven't had a chance to stay there yet.
