How awkward did you feel asking for points for being on hold?

If ahe wanst looking at your account I wonder who got those 500points? Sometimes its just better to HUCA and talk to another agent with better results

SImilar painful experience with this partnership...

This summer, I decided to leverage this partnership with the Caesar properties for a weekend trip. It was as bad an experience I have ever had with Starwood. Rarely, did anyone at Starwood or with Caesars have all the facts about this partnership. The ONLY person I encountered that knew this partnership cold was a women at Caesars, who provided the Loyalty Cards for their various levels of business.

I received credit for my stay and the points. However, every other SPG benefit was not provided. I could have stayed the Westin "across the street" and saved a lot of time, pain and suffering.

The Delta partnership is one that is well coordinated. This one has been a mess. Upon providing my feedback to Starwood, they shared with me that my experience was not an isolated event. Due to the fact I stay in Starwood properties over 100 nights a year, my opinion is suppose to matter. Hope others do not share the same experience.

I was just at Caesars last month and, while my mistake, I'm still really irritated that stay credit is not earned. I would have gone elsewhere had I realized this.

It seems a less than optimal partnership.

What other SPG benefits were you expecting? It appears you received the three SPG/Caesars benefits that the program provides: 1) credit for the nights; 2) SPG points; 3) VIP access card.

Caesar's partnership

When they tell your they will give you EQ nights (for up to 10 nights), of course you'd expect that... Without having to spend almost an hour on the phone.

The rest of you that are on my back for asking for some sort of compensation... Don't know about you guys, but almost an hour of my free time (which only happens to be at 1.30am this month) is worth something. If you don't ask, the answer is NO. She was about to hang up before I asked her. Good customer service would've been offering it to me as an apology for keeping me on the phone for almost an hour, with no resolution to the problem. Yes, it was awkward, but I was pissd off at the amount of time spent to get his fixed... It wasn't fixed. Would you not feel annoyed in some way? Would you feel that your time is worth nothing for an hour?

I stayed at multiple Caesars properties last year. All EQ nights and points were properly credited. Which property did you stay at?

Points / Nights at The Cromwell / Caesars Partnership

Has anyone received points and / or nights credited to their accounts for stays at The Cromwell in Las Vegas? The SPG and the Caesars sites seem to conflict each other.
