Actually it's one screen - and on the upper left it shows a property for you to peruse - and on the lower right it shows either you're an instant winner - and/or you've been entered to win the 250,000 prize.

I picked city for today and got the Aloft Bangkok. If SPG were trying to broaden my horizons, they could have picked a city I hadn't been to in the past three weeks (maybe they are trying to tell me there are other hotels than the SGS in Bangkok?)
On the bright side, I was an instant winner of 5,000 Starpoints and received the email confirmation, so I will never again complain about any future SPG contests or promotions.

I never got an email on this, but thanks to FT, I am now entered to win 250,000 SPGs...although I am hoping for the Powerball jackpot this week.

I won 500 Pt today after playing almost everyday. I switch up the type of vacation i wanted also I don't know if that matters. I hope you can win more than once and congrats to esls79 on the 5K Spin.

My husband and I haven't won anything but we recommended this to my sister and she won 5000 pts right after she opened an SPG account! Usually she stays at Hilton so this will give her a chance to try out Starwood!

I opened a SPG account after staying at a W hotel on a great Southwest Airlines vacation package. Since the stays didn't count towards status, the system only posted my room charges as points. About 3 months later, I received an offer for 4,000 points if I booked my first SPG stay within the next couple of weeks.

From reading the rules a while back, I seem to remember seeing something saying that you can only win one instant prize during the entire period.
