I Qualified for SPG Lifetime Platinum

So excited that I've reached the 500 nights and over 10 years as Platinum.

For 2012, I've done 110 nights so what can I expect for my benefits? Will I be assigned an Ambassador?

Congratulations on a sterling achievement!

Find out all about it here.

Will I be assigned an Ambassador?
Sweeps are done on this weekly, so you'll probably hear from someone in 10 - 14 days.

Welcome to the club! LTP and Amb are both addictive.

William,

I received my Lifetime Platinum welcome email but what about the Ambassador for achieving over 100 nights?

I'm sorry, but 14 days haven't passed yet. I'm sure you'll be contacted soon, however. Send me an account number if they don't reach you by the 22nd.

Congrats to the OP on the achievement. I think it is a relatively small group of people that reach this level.

Not to burst any bubbles, but I have not noticed any difference in treatment from Starwood or any properties since being granted LT Platinum status. BTW, what's an Ambassador and what do they do?

Thanks William for the link. That particular thread is 39 pages long and whilst I read a few pages I don't think I can get through all 39. Making my question more succinct: As a lifetime platinum member am I entitled to have an "ambassador"? If so, what are the specific benefits? Links to SPG.com are fine.

You have to have 100 qualifying nights in a calendar year that runs from January through December or get a invitation based on some internal criteria that I have no personal knowledge of. It doesn't belong among the Lifetime Platinum benefits, but there may some Lifetime Platinums who have an Ambassador.
