anyone having trouble getting there old account lifetime count?

anyone having trouble getting there old account lifetime count?

I called 5 weeks ago to get my lifetime count as my account had died and lapsed.
I didnt use it for over 12 mths and it sort of cancelled out and I was advised to just start a new one which I still use.
now that it does matter I would like to know as
there were a significant number of stays and nights.
They wrote to me to tell me it would be 10 days before they could tell me( I mean how hard can it be)
still have not heard so signed into the account today and still its a 0.
I see there is somewhere to join the accounts but not much use if the original one says 0

Guess if it was me, I'd be asking Thyetus to look into this since SL is OOO.
