My bad, It seems I used some SNA's on another booking and that's why the option to select disappeared.

lurker/anyone -

i'm thinking of bidding on an SPG moments package that includes a stay at a SPG hotel... i asked via moments chat if platinum benefits apply to the stay (including the SNA), and they said it does. but i've know ppl have gotten some misinfo sometimes from the chat, so i was curious if this is indeed correct - can SNA be applied to SPG moments staY?

I will repeat that SPg are way behind Hyatt on this product and I suspect they added this fake product to make it look at first glance that they are on same level
^Totally agree. Too many variables in this fake product, "configurable rooms", "manual system", "system glitch", "5 days"...A company like SPG should research more on how to go live with a solid product. This is plat benefit that is just for the catalog to attact innocent customers. I would suggest to drop it and give more points if you reach from plat light to plat medium.

Is there an easy way to determine why suite nights aren't available? I have four pending reservations, and three say suite nights can't be applied. I looked through the "Learn Why" and nothing applies other than the "hotel isn't configured". Seems odd that 3 of 4, Aloft, Westin, and Sheraton, are all not available. And that the only one that is, is a St. Regis.

The Westin property is a all-villa property which means SNA would not be applicable.

The Aloft property does not have any room category that can be considered as a suite.

Question for the Lurkers,

Current SNA's expire at the end of 2013. Can the SNA's be applied for bookings in 2014 before the end of 2013?

A few questions, just to get clarification. I hit 50 nights earlier this year for this year, these suite nights expire at the end of 2013. Do I get an additional 10 at the start of the program year next year as well? If I hit 100 nights, are additional suite nights awarded?

As I understand the program, when you hit 50 nights you will earn 10 SNAs good till the end of the following year (must be used not just booked). No bump for multiple 50 nights.

Has anyone had a SNA not confirm 5 days out but online it appears the upgraded room is available?
I currently have a request in for a two day stay in Hawaii and haven't received a SNA confirmation.
Went through a mock online booking and I can book a suite with the exact description as the SNA request.
The 'system' checks availability each day 5 days out. What time?

Anything I can do?
