With the booming Indonesian economy and the increasing appetite for luxury hotels by the local middle class, I believe there is a higher chance of this materializing than the W Kuala Lumpur.....

That's great news! I think the W Hotel will be a success in Jakarta, although the 2015 opening date is a bit to far in the future.

I have to say with a St Regis having being announced and disappearing twice and a Westin that ended up as a Bank UOB-Buana building, I'll believe it when I see it.
