I'm wondering if the sweep caused the other 2 transactions to be incorrectly rejected on the SW side as apparent duplicates.
Same thing for me. Six qualifying stays on my SPG account but only one 1,000 bonus posted on SW.

Have the same deal. IDK if I should call WN or wait.

As I recall, the same thing happened with DL a couple of years ago. Apparently, when receiving multiple "identical" deposits at the same time, their system would accept one, then reject the rest as duplicates.

interesting... i have the same issue. Should have had 12,000 points post in Southwest (shows them going in SPG) but only 1,000 come through.

Mr. Lurker, is this something that i should follow up with via Southwest, or SPG?

I've already passed it along to SPG and Southwest and they are working together towards a solution.

You will probably all know before I do when that happens, but if I happen to learn it first, I'll come back to update the thread.

Thank you so much for looking into the matter. I did initially call the SPG Plat line and SWA RR customer service; each blamed the other party so I posted to make sure I wasn't the only one with the problem.

ETA: And this morning when I logged in to the SWA website to check in for a flight, I noticed that a catchup entry for 2,000 points deposited today had posted. Thanks once again for the quick response, William!

Good... I thought it was just me. I've got 8-10 SPG stays and only 1000 points showed up. I will keep an eye on it.

I had the situation where I received 1000 points and nothing else despite having multiple stays. I can say this morning that the situation has been fixed in my account. You will receive one post with the remaining amount of points owed for this sweep. I am guessing there will be one more sweep at the end of the promo to credit remaining points to Southwest.

Yeah - I've got 5 stays and the points have gone in and out of my SPG a/c but nothing shows up on the SW Rewards site...

Points Have Posted

Well, the points have posted correctly for my girlfriend, who had 3 stays, so she's showing 3,000 points as a single transaction in her SW Rapid Rewards a/c. I, on the other hand, am showing zilch, unfortunately. So there doesn't seem to be too much consistency going on here...

Ten stays and nothing here, either.
