Which email add/contact # do we reach out to report missing points from 4q check-ins? Do we have a dedicated/separate one?

I'm so tired of sitting in the lounge and getting the message "no points because your phone says you are too far from the location". Happens in the lounge and in my room! It may be a bug at one hotel (don't seem to get it at another location in the same city) but since ive stayed a lot of times at the error location it's really annoying.

I see phone calls to the plat line in my future

That usually means your phone is using its wireless connection to locate you, and the actual ISP is some distance away. I had this happen on a cruise ship, where the cruise line's ISP is in Florida (and I was in British Columbia). I just turned off the wireless and let the GPS do its work.

Ah an explanation (sort of) - so I don't have a local sim and I was using wifi - the connection in the lounge itself! Very strange that the hotels isp wouldn't know where it was physically located since I presume it is right there for the huge hotel.
The interesting thing is that 4square and google maps BOTH showed my location correctly when I looked at a map.

My points are not posting anymore, while in the beginning of the promo, they posted immediately after a new stay was credited. Is this an automatic process or manual?

Noticed same issue here, posted 4/5 for last week and 0/3 this week. So far missing 4 from past week. Initially had posted a day or two after stay.

Three stays at the Sheraton LAX over the past two weeks - bonus points posted on Wednesday each week regardless of the check in day. My blackberry couldn't find the venue but the foursquare mobile web site worked just fine when I checked in thru my laptop.

apologies if this has been addressed before - if you have a multi-night stay, do you get multiple bonuses for checking in every night? or is it one bonus per stay?

Someone might be able to, if they knew what your SPG account number is and what stay is missing.
