Rack Rates for SPG hotels

Is anyone interested in a thread listing rack rates for hotels ?

I find myself often wondering if a SPG50 might be the way to go at a hotel and, at other times, just wondering what the rack rate is.

Le Meridien Bangkok 8,600 THB

It will be an absurdly long list. Hundreds of SPG hotels, each with multiple rack rates for different room/suite types, some varies by season, plus changes from time to time.

This is a great link! Thank you.

Now if we only had a way to know if the hotel will even let you use the SPG 50.

Unfortunately, it's not all that accurate. For a room where I know the Rack Rate is 7,000 THB, it shows 8,000.

I've been curious as well, since I got a 50% off rack rate certificate from Maui Westin. I'm hoping it turns out to be worth something!

I only tested it on 2 different properties and the numbers were accurate. so i assumed it works. maybe this tool needs update or something, but in general i think its a good one.

Indeed. Anybody can get a relevant rack rate - and confirm SPG50 availability on the desired dates - with a single phone call.

As for places where SPG50s have historically represented good value, there's a long thread:
