I can offer more news when I receive an update from the property as for pics, I might have to smuggle them in.

Booked for 1 Oct - it will be interested to see what I get as a plat and also how it compares to my current Osaka hotel of choice, the Imperial where they've treated me very well so far. I prefer it over the Westin Osaka where I've stayed many times (although the Westin does have an exceptionally good concierge but also, it seems, a totally outrageous restaurant booking policy); and the Ritz Carlton where I spent a fortnight.

At this time the link is only to stock photos which have been around for sometime. Can we get some real on property photos please if available? We look forward to our stay. The last lux hotel built in Osaka was the Ritz Carlton. Not bad. Let us see these two hotels work to top eachother.

One more accommodation option in Osaka ^. I think the location is good and close to public transportation. Can't wait to see some reports/reviews.

Unfortunately, all photos of pre-opening properties have to go through copyright arrangements and approval from HQ.

Therefore, even if I have access to a lot of photos, I have no permission to release them.
