W Hollywood Bar - Very Poor Service...
Not impressed with the service at the W Hollywood Bar. Was there last night (Saturday) at two different times. First time was fine, it was relatively quiet and we just ordered two drinks. Second time we wanted to order drinks and food. The bar food took over an hour. Trying to get the check was difficult. Asked two different people, who said they were working on it. Turned out that they left my credit card at the wrong table. They had already added the tip, which I crossed out. It's probably the first time in 10 years I haven't tipped a place.
At least they have room for improvement.
