Worst - Sheraton Media Jakarta. The staff are fine, only the worn condition of the hotel.
Best - Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur, Sheraton on the Park, Sydney.

The two best Sheratons I stayed at last year were Tel Aviv and Sydney. (Unless ITC's in India are considered Sheratons, then I would add the one in Mumbai.)
The worst Sheraton stays I had was downtown Toronto. Even though the property is very nice, it fell down in so many other service-related ways. If they fix those kinds of problems, it can easily be one of their better properties.
Cheers,

I'd be glad to nominate the Sheraton East Hartford as the worst.
The Sheratons Manhattan and New York Hotel & Towers are also exceptional dumps.
I believe the Park Lane in London flies the Sheraton flag...this property is simply horrid.
Most othe Sheratons that I've come across are simply very middle of the road.
Probably the best Sheratons that I've stayed at would be the Royal Orchid Sheraton in Bangkok and the Sheraton Park Tower (London) - although the SPT technically flies the Luxury Collection flag. I'm sure there are a number of resort Sheratons in tropical locations that are stunning - I just haven't had the pleasure.

Worst - Sheraton Newark Airport (for all the reasons previously discussed in this forum)
Best - Sheraton Iguazu Falls, Argentina - amazing views of waterfalls, convenient location, nice rooms, ample (free) buffet breakfast, very unique hotel and experience

Worst: Sheraton Pleasanton. The rooms overlooking the freeway come with earplugs, lounge is small with poor breakfast offerings, lobby and restaurant are old.

Say it ain't so?!
Ok, their completely renovated suites are quite amazing - I've stayed in the Rogue Suite and the large suite (forgot the name) and they've all been reno'd to the nines... very nice.
Aside from, their junior suites and regular rooms aren't bad at all!
My vote for worst is the Sheraton Princess K (Waikiki). Unless it's gone through an extensive reno/upgrade recently, that property ranks in the pits of diarrhea.
