Angry Qualified Mastercard Free Weekend Nights vanished from website but available by phone

Has anyone experienced this recently? Both mine and my friend's FWN have been deleted without a reason! Is this some kind of tech glitch again?

I doubt there is no reason given to the problem. Have you reported this to Corporate Care?

More details would be helpful.

Hi Starwood Lurker II,

The free weekend night award, MFDFN, posted to the "My Earned Awards" page last Monday.

After reading this post I just checked, and it has disappeared.

Seems like this might be a common problem.

Thanks VanMan.

I have reported this issue to the Web Assist Team.

We will update once the issue has been rectified.

Has anyone tried calling the Customer Contact Center to see if it has really disappeared as opposed to have only disappeared in the My Earned Awards screen online at spg.com?

Called CS and able to redeem so it seems that it has just vanished from the website.

Thank you for confirming that. As Thyetus said previously, the web gurus have already been made aware of it having gone missing from My Earned Awards at spg.com.
