SPG with all pool villas

- w maldives (private island)
- w samui (attached villas)
- al maha (full board, 2 activities per day)
- naka island

others?

Each lagoon villa has its own private pool and direct access to a huge and swimmable lagoon. It's very private and the villa is huge.

Naka isn't all pool villas, is it? I thought that just some of them have pools.

the reservation agent told me that 65 of 67 accommodations are pool villa, the other two are villa without pool.

physically, they are the exactly the same, just with or without pool.

I think Sheraton Maldives also has a ocean pool villa.

All of which cost an arm and a leg to redeem

I don't know about those, but the lowest category room at W Maldives costs 90,000 points per night

It's good to have some Hilton and Hyatt points handy when SPG fails miserably.

naka is cat 6. not sure how it works with 4 out of 67 not having pool.

hilton and hyatt have no comparable, nor possibility of virgin limited edition hotel awards.

(hilton now has conrad samui)

Thanks for this info. I hadn't realized that so many of the rooms have pools.
